High-performance machines and recognised expertise

Rubber Process specialises in the manufacture of customised rubber parts, for small, medium and mass production runs.
We achieve this, first and foremost, thanks to our highly qualified employees, who strive daily to carry out their duties.

Injection and compression presses :

  • Our machine fleet includes over 30 presses, split equally between injection and compression machines, some of which are fitted with vacuum bells, with a clamping force from 80t to 600t and a platen capacity of up to 1,300 x 1,300.

Water jet cutter :

  • • 1 water jet cutting machine 1,500 x 2,000

To ensure compliance with new requirements, and to prepare manufactured technical parts that require the cutting of precise blanks, Rubber Process has invested in water jet cutting technology.
