A long-established rubber manufacturer, based one hour away from Paris

Our company was founded in 1958. For the past six decades, we have been designing and manufacturing rubber parts for all types of companies. Our company is based in Breteuil-sur-Iton, in the Eure department of France, halfway between Paris and Rouen. Our teams work at our premises of 3,500 m², on a 10,300 m² plot of land.

We use new-generation machines to provide high-performance solutions for our customers in a wide range of sectors.
We also specialise in the moulding of rubber parts and the processing of elastomers for injection or compression moulding. Our team of highly qualified staff apply their advanced knowledge of rubber materials and design expertise to meet the most exacting requirements.
As a result, Rubber Process develops the most innovative and accomplished prototypes and products for mass production.

Our company primarily manufactures rubber parts for companies in a wide range of sectors, including the defence, aerospace and leisure industries.

Our machine fleet includes over 30 presses, split equally between injection and compression moulding machines, with a clamping force from 80t to 600t and a platen capacity of up to 1,300 x 1,300.
